About an hour before the event: freezers, serving counter and toppings station, all ready before your guests arrive.

Booking & questions
How far in advance should I book?
At least 7 days before your event. Bookings are always subject to availability.
Is there a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit reserves your date and our team when the booking is confirmed. The remaining 50% is paid at the end of the event.
What if I need to cancel?
For cancellations made 48 hours or less before the event, including on the day itself, the 50% deposit is non-refundable.
Where do you cater events?
In Tamarindo and the surrounding area.
How many guests can you serve?
There is no guest limit – we adapt the team and the setup to the size of your event.
How many staff come to the event?
One LegenDairy team member for every 25 guests, so the service stays personal and smooth.
Which flavors can we choose?
Up to 12 flavors from our selection, in cups or handmade cones – 3 sizes of each. You choose the flavors and the quantity.
What do you need at the venue?
Just three things: a power outlet for the gelato display, free space for the stand and the toppings table, and a covered spot. We bring everything else.
What if it rains?
Our stand always has to be under cover – from the sun and from the rain – because of the gelato display and the outdoor heat. Please make sure there’s a covered spot for us at your venue.
When do you arrive?
About one hour before the event starts, to set up the freezers, the serving counter and the toppings station before your guests arrive.
