This website is run by LegenDairy, Pacific Park, Tamarindo, Guanacaste, Costa Rica. It gives general information about our shop, our menu, our gelato catering for events and our wholesale gelato. By using it, you accept these terms.
Menu, prices and availability
We keep the information on this website up to date, but menu items, flavors, prices and opening hours may change without notice, and some items may be temporarily unavailable. Prices are shown in Costa Rican colones (₡). The prices and conditions in our shop at the time of your order apply. If we find an error on the website, we will correct it. Photos are for illustration; the presentation of each dish may vary.
Allergens and dietary needs
Our kitchen handles common allergens, including milk, eggs, gluten and nuts, and we cannot guarantee that any product is free of allergens or traces of them. Vegan and dairy-free options are prepared in the same kitchen. Descriptions on this website do not list every ingredient. If you have an allergy, intolerance or dietary requirement, please tell our team before you order so we can advise you.
Events and wholesale
The information on this website about events and wholesale is general. Every event and every order receives its own quote. The binding terms – including dates, quantities, prices, deposit, payment, delivery and cancellation – are those in the written quote or order confirmation we send you. A booking or order is confirmed only once we have confirmed it in writing and received the agreed deposit.
Ratings and reviews
The rating shown on this website comes from our public Google Business Profile. Reviews belong to their authors and to the platforms where they were published.
Our content
The LegenDairy name and logo, the LegenDairy sloth, and the texts, photos and videos on this website belong to LegenDairy or are used with permission. Please do not copy, reproduce or use them for commercial purposes without our written permission. Sharing a link to our website is always welcome.
