How do I place an order?
WhatsApp is the easiest way – message Amber on +506 8784 4841 for orders, questions and flavor recommendations.
Is there a minimum order?
No. Start small, try different flavors and quantities, and discover what works best for your customers.
What are the payment terms?
A 50% deposit once your order is confirmed, and the remaining 50% no later than 24 hours before delivery.
Which areas do you deliver to?
Tamarindo and the surrounding area, up to about 20 minutes’ drive. Outside that area, contact us and we’ll check what we can arrange.
How long does delivery take?
We’ll do our best to deliver as soon as possible, and no later than 7 business days.
How is the gelato delivered and stored?
In 6-quart containers or 1/3 gastronorm pans (15 cm deep, with a lid – a deposit applies to the pans), carefully packed and delivered frozen, ready for storage and service. Keep them in any standard commercial freezer, at -18 °C to -22 °C.
What is the shelf life?
Our gelato contains no preservatives, so its shelf life depends on storage. Kept sealed and always stored as we instruct – frozen at -18 °C to -22 °C – it has a long shelf life.
How many flavors are available?
For an immediate order, whatever is in the shop that day. For a regular order, we make yours from our 16 flavors.
Any vegan or dairy-free options?
Yes – our Vegan / dairy-free range and our sorbets are made without dairy.
Where can I see the ingredients?
You receive a full, detailed ingredient list with every delivery.
Do you have a health permit?
Yes. We’re a registered business with the Municipality of Santa Cruz and hold all the required permits.

We loved the place and attention! We enjoyed the bubble waffle, the sandwich ice-cream and the spaghetti Icecream with grated white chocolate as a "parmesan" look- as a dessert from the dessert we finished with the Marshmellows special. A great place in Tamarindo, don't miss this special experience on you next trip to Tamarindo. The staff was wonderful and super nice!
So many choices it was difficult to choose. We settled on the S’Mores Madness and it was beyond decadent with homemade, colorful marshmallows, homemade gelato and chocolate. The menu is absolutely Devine! Family owned and operated and couldn’t be more pleasant and friendly. We will definitely be back!
Stopped here for a break from the heat. This lovely little air conditioned oasis offers many delicious ice cream treats. The staff were so friendly and kind which only added to the experience. The ice cream was delicious and just what we needed :)
